Swegon, the market leading producer and supplier of energy efficient ventilation and indoor climate systems has together with LumenRadio produced a revolutionary wireless climate control system which is easy to install, maintain and upgrade. The new system, New WISE, gives Swegon and real estate owners great savings on installations and at the same time allowing them to reach the next level of energy efficiency.
With new environmental requirements and legislations (BREEAM level ”Outstanding” and GreenBuilding level ”Platinum”) the need for reducing energy consumption and operating costs is vital. The HVAC industry is forced to create energy efficient and flexible products for sustainability. To meet those high requirements Swegon has created the first ever fully wireless climate control system, the New WISE system.
The technology used, is based on LumenRadio’s Cognitive Coexistence which enables reliable communication without interference in a world where the available frequency space becomes more and more limited.
The New WISE system is a wireless enabled system that allows thousands of sensors, actuators and dampers to communicate and create an unprecedented indoor climate solution. LumenRadio’s MiraOne, the technology embedded into Swegons product, connects all thousands of products in a reliable mesh IP-based network. It also has the sophisticated, frequency hopping system “Cognitive Coexistence” which gives no interference with WiFi or any other wireless network.
