LMP/LITECRAFT - a CRMX multitasker
LMP has been crowned our Distributor of the Year no less than three years in a row, but that’s not all our German distributor has to offer; through their brand LITECRAFT, LMP becomes a true CRMX multitasker.
LITECRAFT was established in 1980. Creating LED lighting solutions for the entertainment industry, LITECRAFT became a brand well-known to players big and small in Germany and Europe. Having started with mainly LED-PAR fixtures and accessory parts in the 1980s, the brand always kept an eye on evolving technologies; often pioneering in their implementation in entertainment applications.
Today LITECRAFT products are featured in all different kinds of productions, be it concert and touring, television and studio applications, theatre or trade shows. They provide state-of-the-art lighting solutions at a stunning price-performance ratio – enabled by LumenRadio’s CRMX technology.
A long-term relationship
The brand LITECRAFT is born out of LMP, a long-term distributor of LumenRadio. Being familiar with the CRMX technology and its many benefits, the decision to choose LumenRadio was simple.
“We have had a strong relationship for many years, because of the general distribution of LumenRadio products in Germany, but also as an OEM customer for LITECRAFT. LumenRadio’s CRMX is the best technology due to Cognitive Coexistence – it’s as simple as that,” says Marc Petzold, CEO of LMP.
Wireless can solve problems and make projects happen that would not be possible with cabling. “We’ve seen several cases ranging from installations in historic buildings up to huge stadium projects as well as thousands of small and mid-size events using wireless technology,” Marc continues.
Customer-focused development
The very first LITECRAFT product with CRMX technology on board was the BattLED AT5, using an OEM flex-card. Since the BattLED, a variation of products has followed – always with the customers interest in mind. The CX.1 Controller is their very first remote controller using CRMX technology. The CX.1 Controller using CRMX will be a tool for all mid-size productions to setup all 4ch LED products within seconds.
“The CX.1 is a product we were able to design in a very short time because of the support of LumenRadio, it is what customers have asked us for some time now,” says Marc.
By listening to their customers expectations, both LMP and LITECRAFT have made a name for themselves. And at LumenRadio we look forward to seeing our multitasker-Distributor/OEM make future strides in providing state-of-the-art wireless lighting in Germany and beyond!
