As a result of our continued success on the US market, we are now looking for a motivated and business-oriented Sales Manager to support and manage our Entertainment Lighting business. The successful applicant will play an important part in supporting our customers and strengthening our joint business – we believe this will be best done through the implementation of a strategic plan designed to increase brand awareness, sales and customer satisfaction.
The position also means you will actively support and participate in lighting industry events, tradeshows, and sales meetings throughout defined regional sales territory. You will report directly to our Sales Director.
Entertainment Lighting Industry
Reliable Wireless DMX is today a “must have” within the Motion picture lighting, Stage Lighting and Architectural lighting industries. LumenRadio’s CRMX™ technology for wireless DMX and RDM has become known for unprecedented reliability and flexibility. With our patented Cognitive Coexistence technology our products automatically avoid interference and will give users the trust they need to control fixtures wirelessly. Current customers within this segment consist of the majority of the larger OEM’s from the stage, film & broadcasting, and architectural segment.
In order to be successful in this role, we envision that you have experience from a similar role within the Professional Lighting industry and thrive working independently towards high goals. You will handle the entire sales process independently and you must be confident in C-level discussions and negotiations. As we always strive for creating long-term business relationships with our customers, we are looking for someone who is both outgoing, professional and has a long-term view of business relations.
A major plus is if you also have experience from working with wireless lighting products aimed towards either indoor or outdoor installations for road and street, cultural institutions, retail spaces or work environments – this as we will launch new products aimed towards these segments shortly.
Further, you have good business sense, are able to think outside the box and you would like to help customers develop their business. You find it easy to understand how LumenRadio’s technology can create new opportunities and value for the customer. You believe it is important to have a high level of activity and you like to meet new customers.
