ARRI - defining the standard in motion picture lighting
ARRI’s launch of Orbiter got quite a lot of attention. This new, directional LED fixture for motion picture, television production, broadcast, theatre and live entertainment is of course powered by LumenRadio’s CRMX technology.
It was back in 2017 that ARRI released its first CRMX-powered product – up until then they had been waiting for a “standardization” of wireless DMX. During this time, LumenRadio’s CRMX technology had started to become the de-facto standard in the motion picture and broadcast industry. “Actually, it has become a synonym for wireless DMX,” says Florian Bloch, Head of Product Management Lighting at ARRI.
